What patients say on Google
“Despite the reviews from 3-4 years ago I heard good things about Dr. Brandi. So I proceeded with my appointment. Yes I was on a waitlist for some time but when you need help you’re willing to wait and when I finally spoke with her she weighed her options before prescribing a stimulant. She was patient and understanding! And I look forward to speaking with her again in the future.”
“Do not schedule your child with this office! Staff are never reachable by phone or voicemail. The front desk receptionist(older black lady) schedule my child an appointment on a day that the office would be closed. I called for an entire week trying to find out the appointment time; finally on the day before the appointment the receptionist answered. When I asked why hadn't I been called prior to the appointment to be notified I got nothing but attitude and the blame thrown on me. I was told that they didn't have all my child's paperwork and couldn't be rescheduled until they got it(which they did have). I asked why did she schedule her the first time if they didn't have all the paperwork; the receptionist then begin to yell and scream that 'I don't deserve to have a child and that she was not going to argue and would hang up on me!' I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life especially from someone working in this field. The receptionist is a bad representation of this establishment and really should be fired! if I could rate lower than a one star I would!”
“I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this practice, despite the surprising low reviews listed here. What I love most is that they understand that they are working for YOU. I’ve been able to express my concerns, questions, and even anxieties about anything my child needs regarding adhd and stimulants, and it’s been nothing but support, guidance, and encouragement. They are very up front about the wait list, but when you want GOOD help, it’s worth the wait! We SHINE because of this practice! Thank you, ladies at RBP, for all you do to help our household thrive despite being neurodivergent!”
“This women had the worst bedside manner I have ever experience when it comes to children and adults. BEWARE. If you can find another place to go I would because she doesn't care about you or your child.”
