“Ravenwood is a constant disappointment. They failed to call in my daughter's prescription once again before they closed for the weekend. Don't get fooled by Copeline because they are not any better. I was told to call back on Monday. Meanwhile my daughter will be without her medication all weekend. Both Ravenwood and Copeline need better trained staff to prevent this from happening over and over.”

“These people are incapable of returning phone calls. I’ve been trying to return a call regarding a first counseling appointment for over 2 weeks and haven’t heard a word. Is this woman I’m calling even working there? There is no excuse for that. ALSO GOOD LUCK IF YOU RUN OUT OF MEDS! My pharmacy has called them numerous times regarding a refill and they have not even attempted to call the pharmacy back. I called back about the same prescription and they won’t Calls, so I have to keep calling them. Don’t waste your time take whoever somewhere else, all they do is make your issues worse.”

“Not very professional, drs don't keep phone appts. Counselors are very random with keeping in touch, usually pretty late for in home appts, if they keep in touch at all.”
