“Dr. Guerrero is a good physician, professional. However, I can't say the same about his office staff. I don't know what happened, but after last may the quality of the office staff significantly deteriorated. Now whenever I call to make an appointment it is a usually a 2-3 *day* delay before anyone calls me back, if they even bother to call me back at all. I received a call this morning from someone who was following up from a call I made 1 month ago.”
