What patients say on Google

“Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in a mental health or medical setting. Impossible to get an appointment for intake. If you do manage to get one, good luck; some contracted providers are competent, others are straight up dangerous. I had wanted to use them because they accept the insurance plan I was on at the time, but if I had known about the state of things I wouldn’t have wasted my time and sanity.”
N Miller
“This provider is categorically unsafe for LGBT patients. It is deeply disturbing that the organization is listed as a associated with FXBG Pride while while continuing to perpetuate serious harm in the community. If you go here you can expect: -Staff that range from overstretched and overworked to culturally incompetent to outright bigoted -Discriminatory remarks from staff -Deceptive and manipulative tactics -Serious paperwork errors -Falsified reports -Expensive lawyers -Lasting psychological trauma. You might get help here, you might also really, really regret it.”
Natascha J
“This place absolutely saved my life and put me on the right track to start healing. Cara is amazing and has been the best advocate and support. Megan B is the first therapist I’ve had who has actually helped me, and she is amazing. There are some really amazing groups here too that are incredibly helpful. Thank you for this amazing resource in the community. I was in crisis and I couldn’t afford therapy, so I’m so glad a place like this exists. Thank you”
Ang G
“Back here after two years of trying other providers. Never had issues with communication or scheduling.”
