“Extremely unprofessional. The receptionist claimed to have lost my payment three times and demanded I pay again, even after I brought my bank statement and receipt. Dr Rana is rude and down right unpleasant. I drove 45 minutes for each appointment only to be in his office for a total of five minutes. I highly doubt any of his credentials are real. Typical pill pusher, only in it for the money, doesn’t care about his patients. If I could give his practice zero stars I would. Save yourself the stress and frustration and don’t give this man your time or money.”
