What patients say on Google
“They started off well. But the psychiatrist that my child was seeing was ONLY available on Mondays it became a concern and we asked to move my child to another person within the practice. On the last appointment my child had with the Monday person , that person refused him service stating you’ll see such and such soon. I called to voice my concern and nothing so I texted and let them know my concern and asked to speak to the owner which I was denied. Again I texted my concern and a week later the person I had noted in my concern reached out to me, why would you have that person reach out to me when I asked for the owner. The Monday only person was very smug as if I was bothering him outside of his Monday only schedule. I asked for the owner again and it’s been 4 months and I am still waiting on a call, text or email. I was able to get other care for my child and a different practice. If your child is already going through a difficult time and you flat out refuse assistance because maybe your ego got hurt, be more professional. I do have all the back and forth text messages that outline in detail the refusal to address the concern, this is just the short wand a warning to seek help elsewhere.”
“Harmony earns a perfect 10 out of 10 from me, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate mental health care. She sets herself apart by truly understanding and respecting her patients. From the very beginning, I felt believed, heard, and seen—not as a set of symptoms but as a person. There was never a moment where I felt the need to defend myself or explain my feelings; she was always one step ahead in advocating for me. In contrast to my previous experiences with mental health professionals, particularly those who prescribe medication, Harmony’s approach was refreshingly validating. Typically, I felt boxed into stereotypes based on limited perceptions and keywords, but Harmony’s attentive listening and respect for context made all the difference. Additionally, she took proactive steps to ensure tailored care, such as ordering a genetic test for my wife to optimize her medication treatment, rather than subjecting her to trial and error. My trust in Harmony is profound and genuine—a sentiment I rarely feel towards others in her field.”
“Harmony is a very helpful, thorough, and honest care provider who I can count on for my medication needs. I am a mental health practitioner myself and have referred some of my own clients to Rainbow Mental Health because it's important to have a reputable, safe, and accepting place for LGBTQ+ folks to receive care. Thanks so much for what you do, Harmony!”
“Harmony is caring, personable and very thorough in assessing her client's needs. She comes up with a treatment plan WITH you, including you in the process. Highly recommend!”
