“I've had a lot of experience with Spravato and these people are clearly undertrained. There is minimal mental health history in their backgrounds. They aren't aware that environment is everything when it comes to these treatments. It's very loud in here. The walls are thin which shows you how cheap the company is. You can hear everything regardless of if their are next door or upstairs. It's a massive HIPPA violation. Have you ever been to an urgent care? Do you know how those environments are so stale and impersonable? It's like that. They don't clock 5 minutes between sprays. The poor quality of medical care that's allowed in America blows my mind.”
