What patients say on Google
“Customer service ok but lack passion and vibes are low and never calls back when they say they would. Therapy was a joke. As far as service members, please do not use them. If you need anyone, use DOD (doctors on demand) and or positive living group. Thank me later. People don’t take needing helping serious and this place was one of them. I do hope whoever needs the help do get the help from an organization that truly cares. Just not here.”
“My therapist was ok. Not great. Dr green also. The other staff though, yikes. Awful. I had to fight to even leave a message for my psych. I had the messages intercepted by my therapist to tell me I needed to learn to deal with things on my own. The problem ended up be one of my meds was too high. Once they lowered the dosage I was fine. I felt bullied to try and return to the therapist. But after this stunt it wasn’t happening. I need help. Not just flung out on my own when I had just gotten out of the hospital. I wouldn’t return there. Edit: for years I told them they were overcharging me. A year after I moved I got a check for $1000 reimbursing me for overpayment. I went there for 4 years.”
“Only giving a 1 because I had to choose a star to leave a review. I asked On Facebook for recommendations for my 11 year old son and this place was one that was being recommended. I called set up an appointment and waited to see the therapist we got a call yesterday to remind us of the appointment the lady who called seemed short but I didn’t think anything of it as I was at work an rushing to get off the phone. So today I drove all the way to the office and the woman told me she would get my paperwork have a seat we went Thur the process of filling out all the paperwork and left us sitting an hour past our appointment. We were literally the only ones there. Finally a taller woman comes up calls me to the checkin window and says “umm there is a couple things wrong here but first of all you need to come back when you can bring him by himself (I had my other children with me) usually if I make an appointment somewhere over the phone they will let me know it’s just the patient an a parent I mentioned this to her she said “well it’s your job to ask” I was very disappointed in the attitude that was revived an will not be going back”
“Most of the staff care and are genuine. Dr. Greene, on the other hand, is short, rude, and backwards. In the halls you can find outdated incorrect health information from the first Bush presidency displayed as fact in the dark, cramped space. Dr. Greene is more than happy to provide you with methylphenidate and other high powered stimulants (for all intents and purposes street grade meth) but if you need a benzo, even for a short while, that's a no because it can be addictive. Don't expect an explanation as to the difference either, when I asked I was just told to see a new psychiatrist. As a physician, your job is to make people healthy by all available means. She refuses to do so.”
