“3rd appointment with some therapist here named Sharmaine Nickelson. Instead of being willing to say "i dont know how to help you" her words lose all sense. She says things like "everyone's intuition is correct because everyone's perception is their reality." When I respond saying "that's a load of crap, don't bullshit me. That's about as meaningful as watching some Disney channel movie telling me I'm perfect the way I am when I'm six." I really just felt like I was being emotionally deceived by someone trying to undermine my intelligence and personality by lying to me to confuse me. That's the opposite of therapy. I think she should go get a job at McDonalds where she will probably damage fewer people. SOME of my problems: I was suffocated as an infant and my heart stopped 2 or 3 times before I got to the hospital, my dad disowned me in front of a crowd when I was 4. My stepdad held me up by my neck and I had a twitch for over a year, I told my mom later in life but she has memory loss issues and during many periods of time in my life she denied not only what happened to me but her role in how it happened, my mom and my wife both lied to put me in jail, wife did it more than my mom. Charmaine diagnosed me with an adjustment disorder. You know I think she's right I don't have PTSD and antisocial disorders I just need time to adjust apparently!!! :O Been trying to adjust since I moved to virginia and my life began to be one big line of people stepping on me. But yeah a little more time to ADJUST is what i need 100% what a joke. She said I ha”
