I was searching for a chance to rebuild my life, and the care, compassion, and support I received from the staff at Pyramid gave me exactly that. I want to extend my deepest gratitude to my counselor, Ms T. Our-one-on-one counseling sessions were life-changing. She is an outstanding counselor who is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping her clients succeed. Her guidance and encouragement have played a major role in my recovery. “Entirely disingenuous when they tell you, you’re paid off at your discharge when they are months behind on billing the insurance. And if that’s the “third parties” fault maybe you should find someone else to handle billing. I was discharged June 2nd, it’s now July 23rd and am getting told I owe hundreds of dollars still. Thank god keystone is opening and giving the people at least a second option.”

“it will be hard to explain in words how grateful I am for this program and especially this specific team at this location in Waynesboro PA, but I will try. I have been in and out of programs for the last 10 years multiple inpatients and countless outpatients trying to get sober and I have been through this specific pyramid location multiple times. They always welcomed me back with open arms no matter how many times I fell back into old habits. The team they have there now is in my opinion the best group of counselors, doctors, and nurses they have ever had at any program I have ever been to. I have been clean for over 2 years and continue to go to counseling sessions because it has been a blessing and a tremendous help for my mental health as well as my substance abuse issues. My counselor Shayla is an incredible human being who brings a vast amount of knowledge about substance abuse disorder to the table on top of just being an extremely kind and empathetic person who genuinely cares and wants to help you succeed on your recovery journey. Also would like to give a shoutout to Nurse Brie she’s an awesome person as well and has worked with me effortlessly on scheduling my appointments around my busy work schedule.
