What patients say on Google
“I've been to better and been to worse. They provide a therapeutic environment that allows clients the opportunity to heal and grow. They feed you well, the coffee is real and usually strong (though limited to meal times,) the gym is better than most. There are ample smoke breaks and there are decent amenities. It's not the Ritz, but it's not supposed to be. They're definitely understaffed, but the team they currently have is full of dedicated and compassionate people which made all the difference in my stay and helped my find direction and hope. I'm very satisfied and grateful.🙏”
“Communication is horrible. I been waiting for over a month for documentation regarding monitored court ordered phone calls that I asked to have monitored, so I could provide the courts with... I have emailed my caseworker since Christmas about trying to get specific information, and now that I am no longer a client, I am completely ignored and given the runaround...I am really stressed out about how much effort the staff are putting in to supporting me and my visitation rights. I will never forget this stress and experience!!!!! While I'm there, you care! Also, the day I was discharged I was told I was to be picked up at 12, then 3, then 4, then 550pm, like there is no effort on changing this discord and it's very disrespectful and irresponsible to fail to do your best when supporting a recovering addict asking for help!!!!!! I never forget the neglect!”
“Very thankful for the opportunity 🙏. The place lacks solid leadership at the top. Place is basically ran by the clients. There's 1 group a day that isn't. Also the aftercare process was horrible at best. One case manger for 60 clients that was extremely unqualified. And lastly It's Royals world we are just passing threw it. With that being said the loyalty to the company he has given them means something but shouldn't allow him to be completely unprofessional with the clients. He sucks any good energy or vibe we are fighting to wake up every morning right out of us within 10 mins of starting his shift. And the allowance of that should be looked into ASAP. Amanda my counselor was awesome though and helped me alot.”
“I successfully completed my program last week. The 35 days I spent there have not only saved my life, I also now, for the first time in 43 years, LOVE myself. My counselor, Lisa, helped me put faith in myself, which I never experienced before. All the techs where awesome to me, I'd like to shout out Helen. Everyday she put a smile on and that smile is contagious, at the same time she genuinely cared everytime she asked myself, or anyone else how they where doing, that means a lot to so many of us, that were in those rooms. Pyramid saved my life and im forever grateful 🙏!! THANK YOU SO VERY VERY MUCH!!! UPDATE: : June 2026, will be 3 years, I am Blessed, rank you!”
