“I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel like people deserve to know what they're walking into. On the surface, this place presents itself as caring and professional, but after spending enough time here, I noticed a very different reality. There seemed to be constant staff turnover, poor communication, and an atmosphere where concerns were brushed aside instead of addressed. It often felt like appearances mattered more than providing consistent, quality care. There are some genuinely kind staff members who clearly care about helping people, but they seemed overwhelmed by the environment they were working in. As a client, it's hard to feel confident in your recovery when things feel so disorganized behind the scenes. Treatment is an incredibly vulnerable time in someone's life, and people deserve a place where they feel supported, RESPECTED, and heard. That wasn't the experience I observed here. I hope this facility takes an honest look at the issues and makes meaningful changes for the sake of the people who come here looking for help. Based on everything I personally witnessed, I believe this facility needs a complete reset in its culture and leadership. Meaningful change will require more than small adjustments—it will require bringing in people who consistently demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and genuine compassion for the clients they serve. Until that happens, I have little confidence that the issues I observed will improve. Lastly, I WOULD NOT recommend this detox or rehab facility to a friend, loved one, or even my worst enemy. Bucks County has multiple options for people seeking treatment, please consider all the other options first.”

“I have to admit, if you’re gonna get sober. Langhorne is the rehab you want to be at. Between the staff, the community and everything inbetween. You will truly appreciate what life is to come after you complete the program. At first glance it doesn’t seem like a whole lot but after settling in and giving the program a few days you do start to feel what life can be like sober. It’s a pretty good feeling to have, especially if you’re a degenerate like me. My advice to anyone that participates in this program, be patient, learn to communicate and don’t fight the program. You’ll be amazed at the amount of weight you can take off your chest by sharing. Slay those demons during the day so you can sleep at night. Hoorah to sobriety!”
