“The therapist that I saw virtually for my initial appointment came into the visit 20 minutes late, kept her camera off the entire visit, and the first thing that she informed me of was that she ends her appointments 10 minutes early to do her notes. So my insurance is billed for an hour of therapy, but I was given 30 minutes to answer her questions and with 4 minutes left she asked if I wanted to talk about anything... that is not professional or acceptable at all. Then when trying to get switched to a different therapist because I won't see that one again, I'm told that I have to go back on a waitlist and that all locations are on a waitlist right now. This is not a place I'd ever feel comfortable with my mental health or well-being when every interaction is treated like you’re inconveniencing them.”
