“Horrible!!!!!! My children’s first appointment was complicated, through telehealth so I had to cancel that appointment. While she rescheduled their appointments I told her “can the next appointment please be in person so there wouldn’t be no issues. She changed their therapist to someone they could see in person. Which I feel all children should be in person not through zoom. So she scheduled in person. The day of this appointment I called an hour ahead to make sure they are good for in person she tells me no they are Telehealth. I said no I called and asked for in person and that is what we scheduled for. Her response was so dry “YOU GOT TO RESCHEDULE” I asked is there someone else I can talk to because this is not ok “ her response once again was so dry, no there isn’t no one you can speak to you GOT TO RESCHEDULE. At this point I am just very upset this is the send psychiatry I found and given the run arounds. My children really need help! Please read fully! THEY DO NOT CARE FIND SOMEONE BETTER!”
