What patients say on Google
“I’ve been coming here since 2022 and have nothing but good things to say. All staff are so kind and understanding and all doctors are just as amazing. Very grateful for all the support I’ve had from them and still get from them. ♥️”
“We have been going to Pure Pychatry since we had a very bad experience with another pychatrist. Which made us very cautious. I am happy to say we've been with Chelsea at the Plymouth location now for a number of years. She is patient, thorough and makes sure she is doing the very best for her client.”
“IF Icould go lower I would. Thy are My son already sees a therapist but needed someone too managehis medicaltion. This Doctor's office( I use that term loossly) uses high pressure sales tatic to enroll him in a two week out patient program afterbeing told that he is seeing atherapist on a regular basis. They were like the Wolf of Wall Street for therapy. Stay away!!!”
“The quality of care can vary significantly depending on the psychiatrist you find. I've had two different psychiatrists here, each with a completely different treatment plan. While I'm satisfied with my current psychiatrist, the office staff is consistently poor at answering phones and responding to calls. It can be challenging to discuss side effects that are causing concern with a psychiatrist. I believe the office manager should ensure that receptionists adhere to a higher standard of professionalism. Especially newer patients, because if no one can reach you or you take a while to get a call back, it's going to deter countless new patients and even current patients just for standard operations like answering questions and scheduling. That is the reason I'm giving 3 stars until changes are made. Update: After several attempts, I was finally able to reach someone. However, until the office implements more effective procedures for handling patient concerns and improving phone reliability, I will refrain from pursuing this matter further. I believe these tasks should not require contacting another office location for completion.”
