“Never been to a worse psychiatrist, and I have experience. Found out that they tell EVERYONE that they have bipolar 1. Even for me! Getting a second opinion, oh, and the receptionist, to put it respectfully, is beyond rude every time I call the office which isn’t often. She acts like she hates her life.”

“Wonderful office and doctors. Answers the phone right away and returns calls. Able to get appointments quickly and if an issue pops up. They are prompt in helping. To be honest it's the best office I've taken my kids to. Got actual help from people who really listen.”

“Worst customer service ever. The lady always has a crap attitude whenever I call in or they call me hounding for payments. Tell me as long as I made some sort of payment my appointment wouldn’t be canceled so I paid MORE than what she recommended and I call asking about my appointment and she tells me she doesn’t know why the appointment was canceled and they will cancel my appointment again if I don’t make another payment prior to my appointment which I had already done! She’s extremely RUDE anytime I speak with her, then tried to tell me it wasn’t her but it is EVERY SINGLE TIME I call in. This is nothing against med management or the therapist they are great. But expect whoever answers the phone to be rude. Which is shocking for a place you should feel safe and comfortable going to. She needs a new job if she can’t handle speaking to the public. She doesn’t even let you get a sentence out without telling you to hold on and instantly putting you on hold throughout the whole conversation.”
