“I have yet to have a bad experience with PPM staff or their providers. They are pretty consistently friendly and helpful. Only 4 stars, instead of 5, simply because I seldom give 5 stars unless there's something really outstanding, which is honestly rare. I've only had good experiences, so far anyway. The only improvement I'd suggest is to allow the provider to schedule follow-up appointments themselves, instead of having to call back and schedule the next appointment separately. Overall, they all get a hearty 👍.”

“It was okay. The meeting was good but the medicine was changed by the hospital and she told me to give it time. So we are scheduled for next week. New medication is helpful.Doc on vacation and pharmacy not ready until tomorrow. In meantime I am still miserable.”
