“This place is run terribly. Had a zoom appointment with Shanea Carver. The zoom link didn’t work. Provider closed the visit. Nobody called. I called the office and they said whoops, let’s see if she can get you in at 1pm we’ll call you back. They did not. So I called, and of course, they can’t get me in until the 9th/10th. What?! The receptionists training was clearly 100% say “I do apologize” and 0% “pay basic attention and respond in any useful manner”. Zero ownership over outcome. Get up out of your chair, send a slack message, see what you can do. Good lord. So I’m going to call another location, hope they’ve got someone competent sitting at the desk, and if that doesn’t work I’ll find somewhere else. But so far? Bad experience.”

“Daniel Grasso has been great & very accommodating, I missed my appt time by 15-20 mins yesterday and him & his team were able to honor my appointment still, also just want to thank him for having to put up with my poor internet connection yesterday. They are very understanding.”

“I have been to many psychiatric clinics so far and this one has been pretty good. Everything has been done quick. No waiting months for the first appointment. There are video visits at noon in case you need to use a lunch break to go to an appointment. Calls and messages are answered quickly. I came for a very strange reason and they are actually willing to listen in order to help me through this strange situation. I can say that is hard to come by.”
