“My experience with PsychPlus has been very frustrating from an administrative and customer service standpoint. The process to schedule an appointment and get basic information felt disorganized, confusing, and unnecessarily stressful, especially for someone seeking mental health support. The website is not user-friendly. It does not allow you to easily filter providers by important preferences such as gender, specialty, race, or areas of treatment like depression, anxiety, grief, or emotional regulation. When someone is already struggling emotionally, having to search through random providers without clear filters makes the process feel even more overwhelming. The customer service experience was also disappointing. I dealt with rude and unhelpful communication while trying to schedule and clarify services. I was also told there were no Black female providers accepting new patients, which was discouraging because cultural fit can be very important in therapy. It seems like there may not be enough provider availability or variety to meet the needs of patients looking for specific support. The one positive part of my experience was my appointment with Psychiatrist, Rosaidalia. She was kind, professional, and helped make up for some of the frustration I experienced before the appointment. I appreciated how she listened and treated me with care. Overall, the provider I spoke with was helpful, but the scheduling process, website, and customer service need serious improvement. Mental health care should be easier to access, not harder.”

“This place clearly doesn't care about anyone The office is unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to waste their time booking an appointment here. Unwilling to listen unwilling to help. I had a scheduled appointment and because I'm trying to change to my name and refused service for mental health treatment in person literally refused to see me to help me with an extreme situation of mental health crisis. Says I will need to make a new appointment even though I already have an appointment as a new patient. Do not waste your time coming here or making an appointment here. This company definitely does not serve or care about mental health”

“P.A.Gabriela Cuevas is very thorough and really cares for her patients as well as the front desk lady she is amazing I would have never gave this place a shot without her ! Thank you for the wonderful care you provide at psychPlus but if I did have to provide a critique it would be the customer service answering center is not the best I almost didn't come here because of them the guy hung up on me when I couldn't understand him and got frustrated with me..as if I wasn't going through enough..”

“This place was ok til recent events. Kristen Haley had an appointment with me and LIED and told me her scheduling was not working and told me to call in a week and then she was gone from her practice for good and I got stuck with a replacement without my discretion or knowledge until I checked the app again. This new provider only prescribed me 5 tablets out of the 60 I get for my prescription and I need this medication .ive called all month trying to reach her and my eye site is blurry because of the medicine she has me on and nobody want to help me and I will be reporting this and these people to Texas medical board”
