“My provider is great and give her 5 stars but my rating stems from post provider appointment. The follow up phone call process is difficult. It is hard to get in touch with a live person without having to leave a message and call back. Clearer communication regarding medication refills and the refill process and timeline should be more transparent during appointments and post appointments. Clearer communication from the provider for how to be reached after the appointment or with with questions should be provided. Email communication appears not secure, and initial calls with inquiry to the provider staff did not confirm my name and date of birth as a patient, it was assumed based on my phone number.”

“Best experience by far new patient established appointment. The doctor was kind listen to the concerns that I had made me feel at ease that we have a plan and are pushing forward . Non-judgmental. I look forward to continuing care and see the progress that we make.”

“Honestly really hard to give a good review. I would give my provider a 5/5 but the front office is SO rude to me. There’s a gentleman with an accent (never tells me his name) who is so short with me, dismissive with me, eager to hang up on me, or just transfers me or puts me on hold without telling me anything. I only ever seem to get him and he’s just so rude.”
