“The appointments are easy, although sometimes they have an agency set up follow up appointments, they will schedule it without calling to see if your available. That can be a bit frustrating. Also if you have any medications that are concerned as a scheduled drug, they will not or cannot prescribe you m9re than one, which is frustrating. But the NP/ Doctors are helpful. And I like that its teleahealth, because its convenient on the 0h9ne with video call, so for people like myself who have issues with pain or driving its nice that I can do it from home. Thank you.”

“This is the worst office that I have had to work with ever. No one calls you back, they keep changing rates. I have been sent multiple bills each one they adjust the price differently and then tried to submit to insurance for 10x the amount of the session. I called for 3 weeks straight multiple times each week and no one will call back. I have had to let my insurance know about their fee for service price changing to ensure they do not continue to re-bill for the same appointment and notify them of charge discrepancies. This is a pure example of over charging insurance companies to make money. The service charge of $800-$1100 does not match a less than 10 minute phone call session you get.”

And honestly, that's walgreens fault (On Vogel, in Arnold, P.S.) Requiring that, when i'm a years-long customer. (Wah-wahhhhm) Otherwise, the visit went really well, and Tiffani is great!”
