“i had a wonderful walk in experience.. my grandson does virtual monthly but I could not get the help I needed for him through customer service, i so happen to see one of their physical buildings in passing so I walked in and was helped by someone named Chelsea Frazier And she is the reason that I am still with psychplus today! I was told on the phone through customer service that the first available appointment was three weeks i was never given a second option but chelsea was able to get his appointment for the same day so that he could continue his meds without there being a 3 week gap.. He is continuing his meds and he has seen his psychiatrist and all is good and I truly thank you Chelsea!!”
