“This doctor looked at my results and very fairly stated I was either exaggerating my results or it was a cry for help but yes I was diagnosed and with that diagnosis, that cry for help, my primary care provider was able to properly treat me. Love these guys. I had to come up with quite a bit of cash which made me way late but they still saw me.”

“The lady who works the front desk is absolutely awful. Be careful if you go there in a mental health crisis, she will probably just send you over the edge. I have tried for over a month to obtain my records. I called and was told they were probably in storage since it had been 5 years. When I came in with my paperwork request so they would have it in writing, the front desk lady told me automatically they had been purged. When I responded that I had been told that legally they were not allowed to purge them yet, it had not been long enough, she told me she would work on it and give me a call. I waited over 2 weeks before I went back to check again. This time she was absolutely rude and awful to me. She informed me that she was entitled to a month. When I asked if she could tell me a date exactly, she was very nasty and told me she couldn’t tell me. At this point I was getting very discouraged. I reminded her that she started our initial interaction weeks ago by lying, now she refuses to be helpful at all when I’m just trying to get my records so I can be seen by the doctor I’m trying to get in with. She slammed her hands on the desk and started yelling that someone else needed to come help me. It’s now been over a month and I still do not have my records, but more importantly I’m actually scared to go back in and inquire about it again. Edited to add: I got a phone call this morning. I was informed they could not find my records. Do what you will with that information.”

“This office, doctors, and nurses are absolutely golden from the front desk all the way back. They have helped me so much no matter what I need. If I have a question. they make me feel like family and help me as best as they can. Dr. Dudley is one of the sweetest doctors I have ever found, and NP Jessica Richardson is fabulous. I absolutely love what they do and how they continue you help me as I recover. Best place around to receive mental health care.”
