“I took my youngest son here last year for an autism eval. He was seen by Dr. Recce. While she was super nice and wonderful with my son, the eval only lasted about 45 minutes and was quick to diagnosis him with level two autism. 45 min is simply not enough time for a comprehensive, thorough eval. It felt very rushed.”

“Our experience with Psychology and Learning Center in Monaca was extremely frustrating. The therapist assigned to my daughter seemed very inexperienced, and we later heard the practice has had significant staff turnover, which may explain the inconsistency we experienced. The virtual appointment system was also very unreliable. The link for sessions was often sent late or had technical problems, and several appointments started 10–15 minutes late even though we were paying for a full hour. We also had a psychiatric appointment where my daughter was prescribed a medication that caused a very negative reaction. We paid about $140 for a 30-day prescription that we can no longer use. When we scheduled a follow-up appointment, technical issues again limited the visit to only a few minutes, yet we were still told we would be charged for a full appointment. As a parent simply trying to get help for my 11-year-old, this experience left me feeling very concerned about the reliability of the services and the evaluation process.”
