“I’m absolutely infuriated by this Establishment. It should’ve been a red flag when I called and left a message and got a text message back but I was given their phone number by our doctor to call and get a neuropsych exam to do a full range of testing for our child. Knowing that that’s what we wanted because that’s what I left in a voicemail. They texted me back and said we want to schedule an appointment, I said I wanted to speak to somebody and when I spoke to them, I told them I needed an appointment for after school, they didn’t have any available so I had to take my child out of school. Thinking we are going to an intake appointment To get my child tested. They don’t do full range testing they do separate test for each diagnosis. Pretty much everything the therapist told me is different than what the owner is telling me. And when I contact the owner, she says I’m not in the office until Thursday, but I can text you again I find that very strange. So she is currently arguing with me telling me they do all the things when that’s not what the therapist told me. Maybe if they discuss things with people over the phone and not by text message. We wouldn’t be having a miscommunication. We were excited today, thinking we were taking a step in the direction to help my child, and now we are taking a step back, because instead of being honest with us that that kind of testing we went out of our way filled out for nothing. Not happy at all!”
