How likely are you to recommend Psychological & Family Consultants?
What patients say on Google
“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Psychological and Family Consultants! About 3 years ago, I was searching for a new therapist and was referred to Dr. Roseann Woodka, and from the very first appointment, I felt truly seen, heard, and understood in a way I never had before. Dr. Woodka genuinely cares about every single one of her clients and their well-being. She creates such a safe, comforting environment and has an incredible way of making people feel validated, supported, and cared for. You can tell this is not just a job to her, as she truly has a passion for helping others heal and grow! The entire staff at Psychological and Family Consultants has always been kind, welcoming, and professional, and I’m so grateful I found them. Dr. Woodka has made such a positive impact on my life, and I know so many others feel the same. If you’re looking for a therapist who truly listens and cares, I cannot recommend this office enough!”
“I truly can’t say enough great things about this place! The therapists here are absolutely amazing and truly care about each and every client. You can feel how much compassion and dedication they put into what they do. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive environment!”
“They keep messing up the schedule. Then I had an appointment and went there and it was locked up. No one would answer the door. Apparently they dont want money”
“By far without a doubt the absolute worst psychological Care facility I have ever been to, seemingly without a shred of empathy or genuine regard for their patients. The receptionist desk is extremely rude and speaks with general disregard towards those calling as if you are being a burden on her, and good luck getting them to fax over reports to your doctor if you need them to start medication, especially if you're in need of urgent care. I have called and left several voice messages with my treatment specialist there with absolutely no attempt to contact me back I would avoid this place like the plague if you actually value your mental health and want to receive help. Because you'll find none here. Many thanks to your facility for wasting my time, when I had none to spare. I certainly will not be back, and hope that your other patients at least received better treatment than I did and if not I hope that they jump ship to. forgive me for believing that when a treatment specialist tells you he will get your reports taken care of next day and you have not been able to contact them in a week that's not exactly befitting of a mental health professional. In addirion people who work in the mental health field should speak to their patients with at least some sense of kindness and understanding, whether or not you have had a bad day is honestly none of my concern when I am coming to you for help with recovering from severe trauma. you are a professional and it is your job do it and act like one. I do not need to feel like a burden when I am calling to receive help. My only regret is not being able to give less than one star.”
