How likely are you to recommend Psychological Associates of Central Texas?
What patients say on Google
“Dr. Frame, PACT, and the staff are highly professional. Dr. Frame's work is very thorough and highly comprehensive. Her assessments provide a strong foundation for intervention and therapy. She doesn't focus on "fixing" her clients but addresses needs holistically for lasting changes. For example, changes in a child's school setting may be needed. Family interventions may be necessitated before the child can thrive. I highly recommend PACT.”
“My experience with Psychological Associates of Central Texas has left a lasting impression on me both professionally and personally. The psychologists and staff consistently went out of their way to accommodate both new and existing clients. Their policies, expectations, and services were thoroughly documented, which created a strong sense of professionalism, transparency, and trust. Even when a client’s request fell outside the scope of services they could provide, the practitioners still took the time to research alternatives and offer thoughtful recommendations to help guide clients toward the support they needed. The attention to detail in their documentation and communication gave me confidence in understanding both what was expected of me and what I could expect from the company in return. I would highly recommend this practice.”
“The folks at PACT are all so highly qualified, incredibly passionate, and down to earth. As a provider myself, I know I can trust that clients will be cared for with individualized, science-based approaches with this team. I highly recommend PACT for your psychological care and needs!”
“I have issues both with the billing as well as the quality of service for my teenage child that was seeing one of their therapists. The billing issue is ultimately what led to me deciding to leave the review as I was clear that my child would be taking over payments and to not charge anything further to me. The therapist acknowledged that, but they did not appear to try and reach out to my child to obtain a new payment method and then without warning, just charged me about a week later (I had messaged them before the last session took place). The facility manager who oversees the therapist was also quite rude when they followed up with my complaint about being charged. But the larger issue is that despite a year and a half of therapy, in every measurable way, they have not helped my child. I won't get into the details of the issues here, but in every way I can see that they needed help, things have either stayed the same or gotten worse. Now this office did not create those issues, and they can only help my child when they are willing to be open and honest, but a more qualified therapist would likely have been able to make better progress, and the rate they charge and the fact they don't accept insurance, means my expectations are high, and they failed miserably to meet those expectations. Based on my experience, I can in no way, shape, or form, recommend this office or the people in it.”
