“PRS provide a great community for individuals disable. However they lack diversity amongst the staff. Many of the staff are not licensed Which leads to misdirection, misinformation, and misguidance. I think it would benefit the company to hire retired individuals with a background in mental health, communication and health. Hopefully, the CEO offers her staff a better salary. RETIREES aren't interested in pay they do it as a hobby.”
