“This office is so unorganized. Paperwork done ahead of time. Entered my name in wrong. Submitted it wrong to Walgreens for my RX. I tried calling for a week with no return and no medication that I needed. Then I got to my appt and they had to cancel it due to phones being down. I then had to reschedule the next appt because my husband is deployed and my youngest son had a severe ear infection. Then the following appt I had to change and tried to call the day before with NO ANSWER - so I emailed - email seems to be the only way you’ll get an answer. I emailed 22hours in advance - missing that 24 hour window - letting them know my son had MRSA in his head!!!! and had to drive to Charleston to see a specialist. They call me dismissing me as a patient because of 3 rescheduled appts. ONE of which was on their end. My first appt was 30 mins late and 30 mins shorter because I was scheduled wrong. I do not make a habit of missing appts and try to reschedule within the window. But this office is highly unorganized, don’t call back when you call, and can cancel your appt 5 mins before it starts but if you reschedule in a 22 hour window - you will be fired as a patient. Wouldn’t go here if you have mental health issues or medical PTSD. This office will make it worse.”
