What patients say on Google
“So incredibly disorganized. EDIT: The practice (Dr. Brar) just contacted me to ask me to remove this review and said that she would HATE to have to start asking other people to write new reviews to balance it out. EDIT: I'd like to expand on why I said they are incredibly disorganized -- -You sometimes have to text Dr. Brar several times to get her to submit your prescriptions. This process sometimes takes several days. (Also, why are we texting her? Is that HIPAA compliant???) -Dr. Brar will sometimes put the wrong appointment date/time into her calendar for your next appointment so that you receive a reminder email for a date/time that is different than what you agreed upon in your last session with her. Sometimes she even forgets to schedule your next appointment AT ALL in her system even if you've agreed on the date/time in your last appointment. -Dr. Brar is frequently over 20 minutes late to appointments, and sometimes I think she joins from her bed. -Apparently you're supposed to join your appointments by going to the patient portal, but no one at the practice EVER told me that (I was told by my wife later, who sees Dr. Brar), and Dr. Brar always acted confused when I showed up to my appointments via the Doxy link, aka the only link the practice EVER provided me with. -Naica does not put up an out of office autoresponder when she is out of office, and sometimes you cannot reach anyone at the practice, even if you have an emergency. -They are sometimes bad at getting prior authorizations approved. They failed at getting my Vraylar approved, and then they gave up on it and lectured me for being concerned about it - I switched psychiatrists and my new one was able to get it approved immediately.”
