How likely are you to recommend Psychiatrist - Dr. Dana Reid?
What patients say on Google
“I had such a positive experience that I felt like it deserved to be shared. I am not even a patient at this office, but the receptionist took the time this morning, about 30 minutes out of her day, to help me figure out how to get the right support for my daughter. Honestly, most places just try to get you off the phone as quickly as possible, especially if you’re not an existing patient. But she did the opposite. She patiently listened, asked thoughtful questions, and gave me real, actionable resources so my daughter could get help right away, even if it wasn’t going to be at Dr. Reid’s office. That level of care and dedication is rare. You can tell she genuinely cares about people. I’m incredibly grateful for her kindness and willingness to go above and beyond when we really needed it.”
“Dr Reid has been an exceptional care provider for our family. The staff is incredibly helpful and go above and beyond anytime we have needed help with scheduling, RXs, or coordinating care. Getting the right treatment plan for mood or learning challenges can be a long and difficult process, but Dr Reid's personal attention to treating her patients and her staff's dedication to helping make the process as smooth as possible is best in class.”
“We were referred to Dr. Reid by a close friend to assist with our 15 year old daughter's condition. We had scheduled an evaluation that we had to cancel due to my daughter needing major back surgery. When we rescheduled, there was a conflict with the date that necessitated a second reschedule in which we requested a new date. Much to our surprise, the administrative assistant told us that they would not reschedule the appointment due to their policy was that after one cancellation, they will not accept a patient if there is second cancellation. I explained to the assistant that we cancelled well before the date of the appointment and the circumstances were medical related with the back surgery. This person did not care and refused to schedule her for an evaluation. This policy, considering the circumstances of our request, certainly does not exhibit a level of care or compassion that I would expect from a mental health care professional. I guess I should have read some of the past reviews.”
“After only being seen by her in just a few month, she called me disrespectful for canceling the day of when my child was diagnosed with the flu. I even said I was sorry for the inconvenience and to please charge my card. She continued to argue with me about the time frame of when she went to the doctor and I should have known earlier or the day before that she was sick. Also I had called in December to discuss a medicine change and behavior coming off a medicine and I never heard back from her. I tried leaving two messages and she never returned my phone call. Dealing with small children, clearly her priorities are not where they need to be.”
