“The women at the front desk are the nicest, kindest, and friendliest women I've ever met. They make you feel at home and like you've known them your whole life. The customer service they provide is phenomenal. I actually was leaving and after I talked to her I went back and got seen and I'm glad I did. Everywhere you go these days if the customer service isn't any good then it's more than likely going to put a damper on your business and when I say the front desk are the real MVP'S. Everyone was more than nice and very friendly. They make sure you are very comfortable and understand everything that's going on with the services that they provide. They are very professional and prompt. There is not a long wait time and they address your every need. I was able to get my every need met with them without being judged and they were very concerned about the issues I had and made sure they covered them before I left their office. “Went here today and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Everything was straightforward and Priya Patel saw me right away. I really appreciate that she took the time to know how she can help me. She listened very intently and she was very sympathetic. I didn’t feel rushed. Instead of only asking me what my symptoms are, she probed and asked a series of questions to make sure she can prescribe the right meds. She explained everything to me and made sure I understood her instructions clearly. I feel very optimistic that what she gave me is going to work. I’ve had anxiety my whole life and this is the first time I have seen a specialist. My anxiety has been pretty bad lately and unfortunately, my PCP doesn’t seem to know how to help me. She prescribed meds that seemed to make my symptoms even worse. I needed to get some relief sooner rather than later and I am so thankful to Psychiatric Urgent Care of Huntsville. What a life saver! I have scheduled an appt with a psychiatrist but she can’t see me until the last week of June. I would have kept suffering until then! I was nervous to come here because I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs mental health assistance and can’t wait on a waitlist. Even the front desk staff was kind. I truly felt that Julia understood my needs and asked enough questions to get to the bottom of everything. She walked me through my care plan and took her time with me—I never once felt rushed or just like a number to her. She also made recommendation for my continued care.
