“very little good to say. i’ve had a handful of staff actually be helpful. jess, lyn, tammy and kesha(front desk) are the very few that have done whatever to help if they can. i’ve been over charged when my card was on file and not the normal girl was at the front desk. kept saying i owed or had overdue balances, couldn’t continue with my appointment until it was taken care of. i had several people charge my card without asking. yesterday, i had a remapping done for my tms. the staff did not know what they were doing and had placed the incorrect cap on me. they didn’t ask the one person who knows what the deal was or if they were doing every thing right. i was there from 3 till about 4:30. they could tell i was agitated to say the least. i had a splitting headache and they go we could have you come back tomorrow and try it again. absolutely not, i stuck it out and dealt with it. i never say anything cause whats the point but to me, having one person who knows how to run a machine and actually set patients up properly is sad for such an establishment. i could go else where and finish my treatment but im sticking it out since im in this deep already. like i said, i do appreciate those who have been helpful and patient with me, i am difficult and can be hard to handle.i just hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else”

From my very first phone call to schedule an appointment, the staff was warm, professional, and supportive. The wait time was minimal, and the office environment is soothing—clean, calm, and respectful of privacy. I have me a couple of providers there and Dr, Pramoda, is particularly wonderful. Although she no longer can take on new patients, I was able to get in for second opinion. She actively listens and offers practical tools that have significantly improved my daily life.
