How likely are you to recommend Psychiatric & Psychotherapy Clinic?
What patients say on Google
“I should’ve listened to the reviews…. All Dr. Shah did my appointment was roll his eyes and scoff at me. Perhaps you should look into a different profession. Lisa was good, unfortunately im too uncomfortable to return.”
“I saw Corrie Lee when I was a teenager & went back when I was an adult. She's the best! Front desk is also amazing ❤️”
“My husband goes here, he called to reschedule an appointment, they never called back. I called today to reschedule it. The lifting office person needs to be a little more polite. She told me she never received a message from him, and that she will cancel and to have him call to reschedule. I asked why I couldn’t just reschedule, she told because he is his own person. NO joke, I make all of his appointments and keep track of them. Yes I’m on his form to talk to me so it isn’t violating any HIPA laws.”
“Wish I could give negative stars. As a disabled person with a medical service dog, I called there to make an appointment with Dr. Shah. The front desk person is very kind however, I did make her aware that my medical service dog accompanies me everywhere and we made an appointment. She called me then to change the appointment for the same day, which I agreed to and reminded her about my service dog again and she assured me it would be OK. When I showed up with my service dog, Dr. Shah says he doesn’t “do well” with dogs and he’s allergic. I was told I could possibly see the other doctor, Dr. Babu. I received a voicemail today saying that Dr. Babu doesn’t “do well” with dogs either. Although my dog is a medical service dog, apparently this clinic is not aware of ADA guidelines and they don’t appear to have any experience with handling service dogs or even emotional support dogs. They told me they could make an appointment for me if I could come in without him and if not, I would have to find another place for care. I’m reporting them. I can’t believe a mental health clinic has had no experience or dealt with service dogs in any capacity. Ridiculous. Also, the lack of communication is very unprofessional.”
