“I have been going here for almost 2 years now. I started out with one doctor and then he left and I started seeing Sangita Sagnik. She is such a loving, kind and caring person. She has been with me through highs and lows. She truly cares about her patients and shows that. She wants you to succeed and is not afraid to be stearn and to the point. BUT she also celebrates with you! I can see the excitement and love in her eyes when she says “I am really proud of you” and she means it!”

“Please read the reviews before you decide to come here!!!!!!! I had been going to this place for years and seeing Dr. Murray (he was great). I’ve recently saw a NP from here and let’s just say I will never be coming back. Nurse Sagnik told me that my mental health is “my fault” and she “doesn’t know how to help” which is weird because I simply went to her to refill my prescription. She claimed she would fill my prescription and then never called the pharmacy, leaving me to go through withdrawals. When I called the office to basically beg for a refill, the office manager told me they’ve had NUMEROUS complaints about her and they will be looking into the issues. I won’t go into the other issues I’ve had with this practice for legal reasons. But Nurse Sagnik WILL pay for the way she’s been treating young women in her care. Truly embarrassing that this place still lets her practice medicine here.”

“Hopefully you checked their reviews before just walking in so you can save yourself time and money. I would share more detail but I almost feel bad if I do so cause these people are probably trying their best but their best is just not good enough. They just look to charge you for something and then threaten you with collections! Went in their just to be asked a series of stupid questions, requested my medical records just to ask for even more medical records and then denied me services. Very unprofessional, none of the staff know how to effectively deal with people. It’s like a bunch of highschool women who just want an opportunity to make themselves feel better about themselves because they do not get a feeling of importance in any other way.”

“complete waste of my time. They are more interested in collecting payments than they are with providing services. Gave me the runaround and expected me to pay $175 bill for them to ask me a series of dumb questions just to tell me that they would not be able to provide me the services I came in for. Most of the workers don’t seem to know what they are doing, they have to ask for help and those they get help from are disrespectful and seem to get thrill out of tell you what’s what. Wish they would have just told me from the beginning that they could not help me instead of wasting my time. Very rude group of people who should consider a different career choice, cause they do not know how to effectively deal with people.”
