What patients say on Google
“They ended my online session 30 minutes early because I was out of state visiting family and invoiced me $100 for missing the appointment that I attended and wasting the time of my therapist. I had called before my appointment to reschedule in case being out of state was an issue only to be told it would be a fine of $100, which I honestly feel is a little excessive. I do not understand why a mental health facility would make someone struggling with mental illness feel like a burden and that they can't get help just for being out of state. I understand that licenses are a central problem here, but they could have handled this situation a lot more professionally with their struggling client in mind. Obviously I can no longer return to this establishment even after building a relationship with this therapist that I actually liked a lot. I paid the fine and won't be returning. Edit Reply: I understood what I did wrong in this situation, and I apologize. However, the whole point of my feedback was to emphasize how the situation was handled poorly and could have led to a harmful outcome. As a mental health company, I would have expected the situation to be handled more delicately since it felt like all the fingers were suddenly pointed at me. I’m not usually one to write a review, but I need this company to understand this and improve.”
“Staff on the phone was incredibly rude. We show up stand outside waiting for someone to let us in. Which never happened. The girl on phone arguing that I have to give her my credit card before entering the building. Ma’am that’s not happening. Spoke to her supervisor who was even more rude. The therapist may be good but you have to make it through the gate keepers first. We definitely agree what good customer service is. Had they explained any of this ahead of time things would have been fine. However that didn’t happen bc there is some shady stuff going on there. Then threaten to charge me for a no show fee of $125. It’s not our fault you don’t have someone there to let people in.”
“Amazing staff and wonderful providers! Dr.Moore is very knowledgeable.”
