“don't go here unless you want to be treated like a dog. i have been suffering for many years with debilitating health issues. i have been in treatment for at least a decade now, consistently seeing mental and physical health "professionals." my therapist here had told me that i was a liability for her job and that if i unalived myself while in her care, she would lose her job, and told me i can no longer see her whilst mailing me a list of providers i can contact. my previous med provider at the same building shoved a cocktail of medications down my throat without running any tests or labs. last week, 5 months into my new treatment, i have been diagnosed with permanent nerve damage and tremors that have developed due to the effects of the never ending list of medications i was being prescribed. not only that but my speech and mental processes have become impaired. i was failed by the people i was trusting to help me. no one deserves this.”

“One of the worst places, so unprofessional. I frequently called and left messages that were never returned, asked why I wasn’t getting any bills for services. Went from $0 for months to all the sudden $500, then $800, without seeing my counselor (who really just stared at me our entire sessions anyway). They blamed insurance (not true, I work with insurances for mental health and my sister is a social worker…they have billing out shortly after notes are submitted by the provider). I hadn’t seen them in A YEAR and all the sudden they send me another bill? Crazy. Who even does that? From personal experience, mental health only gets worse by dealing with these people. UPDATE: almost 2 years after leaving this garbage pit, I just got another bill from these people. Unbelievable.”

“I’m not one to make reviews like this but I’ve never met such an unprofessional place. I was told out of nowhere I owe money for a medication I was prescribed from them and that I couldn’t get a refill on the medication due to it nor could I reschedule my appointment due to the balance and when I tried to figure out why and to at least get an emergency refill to hold me over for the time they told me i would have to contact billing and that I’d have to wait for a response from the dr or nurse. Okay fine, so I waited and was told they would contact me . Never got a response so I called them and they literally told me like three times it was ready at the pharmacy with me having to call just for me to go and the pharmacy tell me they don’t have anything. Three times I’ve done this and it feels like they are just playing games with me at this point. Because why tell me it’s ready at the pharmacy every time I call just for it to not be? I’ve been having terrible side effects due to not even having the emergency refill to take me off gradually and had days where I couldn’t stop shaking so bad I felt it may have been seizures. When I try to tell them this they treat it with no empathy nor concern and tell me I can have an emergency refill and that’s it’s ready, just to play games with me and the pharmacy say they never got a prescription from the dr three times now. Almost like they are telling me what I want to hear just so I’ll leave them alone at this point. If I would have known seeking help for ourselves would be like this, in being treated like a nuisance and with such a lack of empathy I would have never even sought help for myself to get better. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone”

“I have been going to this place since January 2021. My first counselor Tom was lovely. I enjoyed him. His treatment plans were good and I felt like we were going somewhere as far as getting me better. Then they switched my counselor who I also love as well he’s perfectly fine. Treatment plan is good, but my main issue is with Brenda Ritz. She does not listen. She doesn’t take into consideration the effects of what medication is my have on her patients in additio Attitude when you ask about side effects or any other effects that the medication might have, she blamed me for complaining about the medication and stated that she would not help me with my bipolar disorder in her own words. She told me there’s nothing she can do. There’s nothing she could tell me just keep seeing my counselor, Michael. I find it absolutely egregious that a certified board nurse practitioner has no regard for the safety or welfare of her patients. I find it egregious that she finds it so quick to prescribe medication and not disclose any information about it does not tell you the right side effects, and in my opinion does not really care about the patients. I believe that she needs to be reported to the board and have her license yanked and I think they need to launch an investigation against her and all her clientele files to make sure that no one else is suffering like I am Psycare really needs to update work with her nurse practitioners in the safety of their clientele or their patients.”
