What patients say on Google
“I have always had a good experience here. Lacie is always super kind and sweet. My therapist is nice as well but I have had to switch because she has become busier. Lauren was so mean to me today. When I called and asked Lacie if I could begin seeing someone else since my therapist had become busier she said she would ask and find out if their new therapist would take me on. I didn’t state any cancellations for my appointment and no one let me know he had taken me on as a patient. Lacie cancelled my appointment and I wasn’t made aware. I showed up today for my appointment at 2 pm and Lauren was yelling at someone over the phone. I minded my business. When she got off the phone I let her know I was checking in for my appt and she kept telling me I don’t have an appointment. I kept telling her I do and I have the print out I could show it to her. She said “Well I’am not going to argue with you. Even if you have the print out she is not going to see you.” I said “That’s correct you’re not going to argue with me. You have a bad attitude.” She began yelling “You had an attitude when you walked in here! I do not have an attitude you can actually leave.” I said “No, go get your manager. “ she said “Well she’s not here and actually I am the ASSISTANT MANAGER.” I said “whoopty doo good for you, go get your manager.” She kept screaming “SHES NOT HERE YOU CAN LEAVE.” So i said “go call your manager then.” She said “You can leave or I can have you removed.” That right there is a threat. So i sad “Who is going to remove me?” She said “Oh yeah you wanna get the cops involved?” “Do you really want to get the cops involved?” I said “Yes call them.” At this point I am disgusted by her behavior and curious if she is threatening me with the police because I’m black. This was completely disgusting and created a dangerous environment while I was driving back home I almost collided with a few cars due to the anger and lack of attention I paid on the road. I left, got my print out of my appt. Came back when I was entering the parking lot Lauren in her white jeep was exiting she saw me and had a nasty look on her face towards me. So I walked in and spoke to the other lady at the desk. She was nice she let me know Lacie had canceled my appointment. This whole incident could have been avoided if Lauren would have told me my appointment was canceled.”
“After going into their office picking up the packet of paperwork bringing it home filling it out for both my daughter and I, then dropping the packet back off in their office and being scheduled with appointments they called back a couple days later and said they don't accept our insurance (we have 2 insurances, our primary they take our secondary they also take from other patients) and canceled our appointments. I told them I have been looking for counseling for my daughter for over a year and really need to get her in to talk to somebody and they said sorry there's nothing we can do and hung up. They didn't even bother to offer referrals to other locations or counselors or offer any kind of help I absolutely felt like they did not care at all about us. I would avoid this place at all cost!!!”
“Update as of May 8, 2026: Nothing has changed. Called to request my info and the person over the phone had a horrible attitude. Borderline mocking. This place is a joke. Office manager is incompetent and rude. If you already have anxiety, prepare to become 100% more anxious when they have you show up to an appointment you don’t actually have, and then take away your prescription.”
“I’ve been a patient here for many years, I’ve always been treated with respect, urgency, and care. This provider is one of the best around, and I feel they really do care about the patients. There psychiatrist and therapist front my experience are excellent. Places like this are the reason mental health continues to grow.”
