Proud Moments ABA

“My two kids have been going to Proud Moments in Antioch for almost a year now, and it has been an amazing experience. The entire staff is friendly, the kids’ personal RBTs are patient and kind, and the BCBAs are very knowledgeable and super helpful. Everyone in the building works tirelessly to ensure my kids have the best ABA experience possible. I simply cannot express the peace of mind Proud Moments has given me and my family. “Our severely autistic 4 y.o. daughter has been attending ABA with Proud Moments for 25 hours per week since December 2025. In just three months, we have seen a dramatic increase in her use of full sentences, ability to transition activities without maladaptive behaviors, ability to relinquish toys or items she's stimming with in order to use her hands, ability to tolerate parallel play with peers, and she's even started spontaneously greeting people with "hello, how are you today?", saying "goodbye" appropriately, and asked a peer she didn't know "Hi, what's your name?" She has recently been open to trying new foods (even spinach salad!) on a much more frequent basis, and Shazia and Lydia have been absolutely instrumental in helping her to potty train! Everyone has been incredibly kind, patient, and communicative. My husband and I even got to participate in a parent paint night to meet other parents of kids with autism; what an awesome perk :D Truly can't say enough about how impressed I am with Proud Moments ABA. My daughter is benefiting hugely with being able to communicate her needs more effectively, tolerate change, and build resiliency with their consistent, thorough care. Thank you!”

“We are so proud of Mikhayah. Just a short time ago it would take me several minutes to get my daughter to wear a seat belt. Now she wears its every morning to school. I miss her terribly but I am proud of how brave she is to go with a friend away from her parents for the first real time. She is eating healthy and holding on to happy moments with pride. “My son has been attending Proud Moments for the last 3 months. At first I was worried about my autistic two year old attending ABA therapy. I heard mixed opinions. When I say my son has come so far in only a couple months. He is speaking more and completing tasks. He has made such huge strides there. We love his RBT Jessica and his original RBT Kayla. The BCBA’s at the clinic have been so hands on with Aidens development. Lauren, the director, does a great job communicating. Keeps us in the loop. I can’t say enough great things about Proud Moments.”
