How likely are you to recommend Progressive PHP of Seaside Health System?
What patients say on Google
“Leadership is the worst! Power hungry admins, rt supervisor Andre and rt therapist gabby are rude and look down on clients. Favoritism is rampant. The regular therapist are the only thing good about this place. Living conditions are dangerous for people who are at high risk for falls. Water damage in mobile home units, black mold. This place is a medicare scam. If you or a loved one are looking for help. I highly recommend you seek help elsewhere. Would rate 0 if i could. Stray cats everywhere and racoons are caught almost every other day. This place needs some serious reforms as well as an investigation regarding safety issues.”
“I wanted to take a moment to recognize Briana and thank her for the care and professionalism she showed during my time at Progressive PHP. From the day I arrived until the day I left, Briana treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. She took the time to listen, never made me feel like just another patient, and always encouraged me to keep moving forward, even on the difficult days. One thing I appreciated most was that she respected my individuality. She understood that recovery isn't the same for everyone and was willing to listen to my concerns, goals, and plans for the future. Whether we were discussing my recovery, my family, or my goal of returning to powerlifting, I always felt heard and supported. Briana also helped me work through some major life decisions, including my transition back home to Texas. She provided honest feedback without pressure and encouraged me to think through my options carefully. I always felt she genuinely wanted what was best for me. Recovery can be a difficult and emotional process, but having someone who is knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly invested in the people she works with makes an enormous difference. Briana was that person for me. Today I'm back home, rebuilding my life, back in the gym pursuing my passion for powerlifting, reconnecting with family, and moving forward one day at a time. I'm grateful that Briana was part of that journey. Thank you, Briana, for your patience, your encouragement, and treating me with dignity and respect throughout the stay. I wish you nothing but continued success, and I know the people who have the opportunity to work with you are fortunate to have you in their corner.”
“My experience was very negative. groups are a joke we had roaches there are no women’s groups. The men outnumber the women and they will bother you if you are a female. Head of housekeeping is just there for paycheck very unpleasant person. Not to mention the fights when we moved in they were supposed to have the place clean. It was never touched. Then I just called now for my meds because they forgot to give them to me and now they won’t give them to me because I left that roach motel”
“Progressive took me in when I had no where to go and my diagnoses was in danger of being active. The staff there are dedicated to their job. It is a healing place. I was treated with the dignity and respect I deserved. They addressed my diagnosis, my living situation, and my family situation. They accommodated my disability when needed, and accommodated my religion. Spending seven months there was the best thing I’ve ever done for my mental health and will have a positive and lasting effect on me for the rest of my life. I reached a new level of stability and this is what I accomplished there: 1. I got over my long-term depression. 2. I learned to fully except my illness and love myself. 3. I have put recovery first in my life. 4. At peace with the stigma of mental illness and have worked through all my resentments 5. Identified the one thing in therapy that I need to learn the most, and that I have a problem with the most which is Socratic questioning or cognitive reframing. This is something that I will actively study and implement. 6. Achieved Nonduality in meditation. 7. Achieved gratitude as a foundation for my life. 8. Brought up and visited the repressed emotions regarding my illness.”
