“Absolutely unacceptable. Every single time I have an appointment scheduled, they cancel it, often at the last minute, and somehow it always ends with me being blamed. No explanation, no accountability—just excuses. Because of their constant cancellations and incompetence, I’ve repeatedly been left without my medication, which is dangerous and irresponsible. When I try to address it, I’m told it’s my fault for one reason or another—no matter what actually happened. It feels like gaslighting, plain and simple. The level of professionalism here is nonexistent. Instead of evidence-based care, it feels like I’m dealing with people who believe vibes and rocks are a substitute for actual medical treatment. If I wanted witch-doctor energy and zero reliability, I wouldn’t be going to a medical provider. If you need consistent care, medication management, or literally any form of accountability, do not come here. This place has caused me nothing but stress, missed care, and frustration. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.”
