“Company refused service due to me not providing financial information. Insurance information was provided. I was informed the company would never use my credit card information. Well if you claim you will never use the information, then you dont need it. Receptionist refused providing letter explaining refusal in writing. Based on what I am reading in the reviews, I am pleased I didn't provide my personal financial information.”

“Be careful about giving them your credit card information. They withdrew money out of our HSA without permission, as well as, my son’s first appointment was never put through our insurance company. They withdrew the full amount for the service. I have left messages letting them know to bill and also get a credit through my HSA. A while back when they requested my HSA account number. The billing office person informed me they only withdrawal when you don’t show up for the appointments. I am not sure why they did not bill the insurance first.”

“They sent me a bill but they don’t guide how to pay. I called them a hundred times but nobody answered. Don’t know how to pay. Worst service ever. Stay away from them.😡😡😡”
