What patients say on Google

“I have had nothing but great experiences at the millington office. The only complaint I have is when I call to reschedule my appointment, I can never get anyone on the phone, and can never get a call back. So I have to make a personal trip to the office to handle it. Other than that, the staff is friendly, and professional. Thanks”

“They get you the waiting room at a reasonable time & set you up in your room and then proceed to make you wait for literal hours before they ever come in every single visit. Do not recommend if you do not want to wait forever just to be seen.”

“This is the worst place I have ever dealt with. They don't care at all, patients are just walking wallets that they funnel in as many as they can pack in, in a day. 15 min appointment allowances. Drs do not listen, nor will they treat several disorders with DSM recommended or proven treatments. Anytime they manage to get a good Dr hired, they quit within 6 months due to the restrictions and deplorable treatment clinic rules. Pls if you want to get treated for a mental illness, go anywhere else. There is only a social worker for therapy, and SW are not a good replacement for a psychologist, nor do they have the vast education in psychology. That's like asking a nurse aid to be a surgeon.”
Rosson Rhaincaller
“The therapist whom I saw was very nice and allowed me to have free will with how I speak, which is a good thing but also can be a bad thing too! Because I do have a potty mouth and it's something I can't help. Sorry but it is not that I don't like it there I'm really not sure it's what I'm looking for at the moment, but you have given me a little bit of hope that is going to help me out in the long run. We'll just have to wait and see.”
