“Was a patient here 1 year ago and some change. The front office is a little unorganized with documentation. But Dr Jafry is alright. She’s careful and patient. However, the older gentleman Syed, I think he does more administrative work… is very unpleasant. He is very short tempered and will burn with anger at a moments notice. I’ve seen staff become uncomfortable around him at the slightest inconvenience over documentation. Overall, not a professional and has the temper of a 3 year old child. I’d recommend this place to family, but only if Syed receives therapy himself first.”

“Always billing problems with this place. They send me invoices to pay, but they never gave me any login info so I can access the actual invoice. I called and they were able to give me a link to change my password, but the website is broken and doesn't load on any of my devices I've tried to open it on. I called to get help for this issue and they avoided the question and couldn't help. It's always just a hassle with these folks. I went years receiving treatment from them, only to be told YEARS later that they never approved of our insurance and we would have to pay full price. Surprise, they screwed up and just never put it in to get approved. After many arguments over the phone we were able to get them to approve it, as that should have been done in the first place. My most recent issue is them telling me I can't be approved for a medication because something with my good rx account is expired? Surprise again! It isn't expired and they just screwed up for the billionth time. I hate this place so much. I had to call the insurance company myself to get them to approve the medication because Prizm couldn't figure out the phone number. So I don't know why they were telling me that it was expired when that wasn't the issue?? Nothing was expired... The therapist and psychiatrist I'm seeing are very good, but the billing and customer service aspects are the worst I've ever seen. I wish I never had to deal with them. Always issues that make me more stressed out than when I come in for the therapy sessions.”
