What patients say on Google
“I have nothing but good things to say! The environment is very comfortable and makes you feel safe. Lighting is nice and calm and the space is clean and cozy. Derek at the front desk is so nice and very easy to talk to and make appts and get things taken care of. Communication is big here and makes things so nice. There is always a way to get ahold of your provider. The patient portal is very simple and easy to use. All information you need is right there! Billing and all! Austin is so great to talk to. He is very knowledgeable and cares deeply on a personal level about his patients.”
“The best experience I have had with a psychiatrist. The environment was safe and comfortable. I saw Kristin and she was thorough and exactly what I needed. She really cares and listens.”
“Charging someone $200 per session after medical insurance for talking to them about their mental troubles for an hour is a mental illness in and of itself. I didn't even get that. Got charged for cancelling an appointment. A month later and I'm still where I'm at. They got my $200. My credit card info was one of the first things they asked me. Their office phone is a cell phone number. Playing with someone's bank account does not help with someone's depression in any positive way. $200/week is like 40% of my living wages. Don't worry, I'm not charging them $200 for any of this knowledge. This is the state of health and mental care in this country.”
“Easy to set up appts, my psychiatrist is very knowledgeable and kind. Would reccomend to anyone looking for a psychiatrist.”
