“I don't understand how the doctors can just accuse my husband of being an alcoholic when he's been sober for 10 years. Then keeping taking him off of all his medicine again. This is ridiculous. Looking into new doctors.”

“Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Xu has been caring and helpful. Just anticipate that your appointment will be later than scheduled, as that is the nature of the behavioral health appointments. If you already know and are prepared for that, you won't need to be upset about it. Remember that some patients need more help sometimes and others need less. Be thankful for that when it is your time.”

“My doctor is fine. I find it unacceptable that if my appointment is at 4:00p that I have to wait until 5:15p to be seen. This isn't just a one time thing, it's every single appointment. My time is important as well and I also have things I need to do. I feel that this office doesn't value me or my time at all.”

“Dr. Xu has been with us for over 9 years. the only complaint is the difference between appointment time and actual visit is always near one hour. We like Dr Xu. But the delay of almost every time of 60 minutes is a bit to much”
