“Dr James office( primary care) is constantly making mistakes and almost every other time I have been there over the past year, they did not have my sublocaid shot even in the office and I would have to reschedule, i have yo drive over 3 hours to get there and pay toll fees that amount to 120 dollars to get there and back, and thats not even including the gas i have to pay for, not to mention the doctor hasn't actually been in the office when I was there, a single time in over 6 months. I am fed up with this place. They could at least call me early in the morning at the very latest before I leave to travel that far to let me know that after a whole entire month, my shot is still not there yet. No, they wait until I pay nearly 300 dollars in one day just to have me do it all over again a few days later. I highly suggest ophelia. Its once every two weeks and its all over the phone. They mail you drug tests and you just show them the results during your video visit. One and done, and then you go pick up your subs at whatever pharmacy you have them sent to. They take pretty much all insurance, even county assistance.”
“I have never been treated so poorly in any facility. I go out of my way to be on time to fill out paper work. I had my blood pressure checked my weight checked. Then sat in the waiting area where he prescribed drug meds to addicted individuals, all i was looking to have prescribed was gurd meds that is prescription acid meds.. I would not wish my worst enemy to this place. 1 and a half hours wait was my boiling point....”
“I went here for years and had a mixed bag of experiences, but all in all after asking around what it's like for others in a similar program I realized how bad my experience was. There was multiple times I had to go without my medication for days because no one would send the script to the pharmacy and a weekend would hit of the office was closed or Dr James wasn't there, or even times people just didn't do it for days. Went into full blown withdrawal multiple times because of it. Also it doesn't matter what your appointment time is, you'll be there for over an hour before you're seen almost every single time without fail. It's first come first serve because everyone just shows up whenever and people are scheduled at the same time, like multiple people. I've been there for over 3 hours before. Finally, at least for me, my problems weren't being treated very seriously in my opinion. I frequently requested help to step off my meds and had problems finding something that worked for anxiety and I would get told one thing and then the next visit that "thing" went out the window. I finally just stopped going and got off all my meds by myself. It's a shame too because the staff is friendly for the most part and Dr James is a cool guy, but for me I just flew too under the radar I guess. No one should ever have to go without their meds multiple times, like it happened at least six or seven separate times..”
“I’ve been trying to get a refill on my medication for 5 days and have been calling everyday, left multiple voicemails no answer or callback nothing. Do not recommend to anyone.”
