“Just plain awful. I'm 17 dealing with depression and anxiety along with suicidal thoughts and i been asking my grandma can she help me get in touch with them to no avail. Now they're talking about waiting until im 18 when I dont even know if I'll live to 18. I dont want to sound like a Karen but if you're a facility that people go to for help with their mental health you should help them I really wish that mental health was taken seriously”

“I would give zero stars if I could. Pride in NC has been absolutely unprofessional and careless in handling sensitive matters. First, their communication is nonexistent—they do not answer the phone, making it nearly impossible to get basic help or support. Even worse, they committed a serious HIPAA violation by sending my husband’s confidential mental health information to his ex-wife. This is not only unethical, it’s illegal. Mental health services require trust, confidentiality, and accountability, yet Pride in NC has shown a complete disregard for all three. If you value your privacy, your safety, and basic professionalism, do not trust Pride in NC with your care. They have proven themselves to be negligent and unworthy of the responsibility that comes with mental health treatment.”

“Madison is the best. She does EMDR therapy and it is truly life changing. If you have anxiety, PTSD or depression she can totally "Dream Corp." Or " Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind." You. She can literally delete memories that cause stress all by herself with absolutely no equipment or machines. She does it via TAP therapy to trick your brain into thinking the dramatic experience or stressor was a distant dream and you will not be able to recall the memory in full detail and you will have no emotional reaction to it. You will still know something happened but it will no longer affect you and this lasts (for me so long for at least 4 years) I'm pretty sure the memories do not come back. You may lose a few vocabulary words as a side effect, but this will definitely cure PTSD... Actually it is recognized as a cure for ptsd and insurance does pay for it. Go get your life changed and get off the meds because it is life changing”
