How likely are you to recommend Pride In North Carolina, LLC?
“I received a letter that my son’s full mediaid was going to stop. He has had this since being diagnosed with schizophrenia at age 16. I called Adam Valentine, Pride social worker. He has been trying to assist me. He told me to go to Pitt County DSS and Wayne County DSS going back and forth got no direct answer. Mr Valentine even made calls himself to various org. and would call after work hours which I greatly appreciate, not to many people would go the extra mile unless they care about people’s welfare. Finally we got an answer. His Mediaid should have never stopped . Somebody didn’t put his info in the computer correctly. It’s good to know that there are some really good people in the world. Thank you Mr Adam Valentine .”
“Their professionalism exceeded my expectations. This was my first time meeting with the team. They are so down to earth. They made me feel like my problems were their problems. I didn't feel like i was being judged. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone dealing with mental health issues. Brooke Harrison, Sway, Charlene Knox, and Nass are ALL AMAZING!!! I'm looking forward to receiving your services. Thank you all.”
“The experience is nice , the atmosphere is great and Mrs Ross is very nice. She’s always friendly , greeting and assisting us with a smile. I enjoy coming here, everything is calm and gives a safe judgement free feel.”
“The therapist was extremely kind and gentle with approaching my child who’s very sensitive and was very nervous to receive some help. It’s very convenient as they will be seeing my son while he is attending school.”
