How likely are you to recommend Preventive Measures - Mental Health Center?
What patients say on Google
“From the therapist, to the front staff, this is by far the worst therapy office I have worked with over the last 6 yrs of having my daughter in counseling. Initially, the therapist was a no-show (Marlyne Beauvais), so my daughter and I would just sit on the zoom and just wait for her multiple times. I finally called her supervisor and told her what was happening and she instituted a signature process in place and then that stopped. The therapist had no idea how to treat the diagnosis of my daughter but I was told she was the best they had. After about 6 sessions, where she showed up, we quit. It was a waste of time. So, then the inept therapist sends me a discharge letter instead of a discharge summary like she was supposed to and I had to make multiple calls to try and get the correct paperwork so we can go to the next therapist. Oh, and there was a $36 charge. Unbelievable.”
“At first, I thought I had a good experience going here for therapy and medication management. Payge Louchart, my “therapist”, gaslit me at the end of our “therapeutic” relationship. GET ME A REAL, LICENSED THERAPIST, and I’ll change my review. Edit: My new therapist, Kelsey Galletta, is understanding, and asks the right questions. I still recommend staying away from Payge, if she still works there. That girl gaslit me to her core! I do not have any diagnoses of schizophrenia from this establishment, nor do I hallucinate. I know what I heard during my last session with Payge. Alyssa Reed remains to be a fantastic NP, and goes through the motions with you. Overall I give this place a 3.5/5, but if you need therapy, make sure you get a licensed therapist.”
“The front desk is rude, when you call the mental health front desk they literally pick up the call and put it on hold for extensive periods then you call back right back on hold they don’t even tell you there putting you on hold they just answer an your on hold. Then when you finally get a hold of someone THEY HAVE AN ATTUIDE as if you’re bothering them !!! The nerve of these people. I’ve been on hold a total of 25 minutes in total of me calling back twice for ten minutes and once for five I have to call because I need to get blood work and need to get the paperwork. Writing this review is pointless the front desk staff won’t be held accountable. Atleast tell someone “please hold””
“Kieth is a highly competent therapist who listens attentively and offers valuable advice, both facets of his practice that have greatly assisted me in starting to surmount my mental health situations. Kudos to you Kieth!! Keep up the great work. The world needs more therapists like you.”
